If the mod menu is a update.rpf file do this:
Install blackbox FTP on your ps3 and FileZilla on your pc/laptop
Connect to your ps3 while blackbox is opened
Put the update.rpf in hdd0/games/GTA V BLES OR BLUS CODE/USRDIR
This only works on a CFW ps3
