(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey I just bought a western digital external hard drive today, and I put black ops 2 on it. I thought it'd work like a usb does meaning me just plug it in my ps3 and it reads like normal. Anyways I plug the hard drive in and it doesn't show that it's in. Can someone help me out?

Yeah you'll need to format it to fat32, then add a GAMES or GAMEZ folder
to the root of your external hdd, and move your backups to that folder. I just
bought a 3 TB external and i had to use this You must login or register to view this content. to format it to
fat32 so my ps3 could read it or multiman anyways.

Hey I have it formatted to FAT32 now. And have Black ops II and MW3 in my GAMES folder. Now I'm not really sure how to play my games off of the external. My internal is only like 80 GB so I can't copy it to there.

Open multiman, and if you installed the games correctly on your USB then they show up and you can play them
