Now with more knowledge I tried to get GTA SA. I downloaded the game from this tutorial: You must login or register to view this content. and used the tutorial. The game came in lots of segments so I merged them together on my laptop and then transferred it using NTFS formatted USB drive to hdd0/PS2ISO. I then mounted it from multiman but when I pressed on placeholder I got the error message: an error occurred during start operation. What I have done to try and fix: re installed the newer version of PS2 place holder, re installed the PSN patch files, tried mounting NFS Carbon and see if I got the owner error but now I also get the starting error so I don't think its the GTA SA IOS that's broken. I also thought it could be the firmware I am on (REBUG 4.46) as I read something about downgrading getting them working and then upgrading again with them working. Does anyone have any advice because I am RAGING right now? I just want to play GTA SA! Thanks in advance.
