And was looking at the gta V forum and noticed Rpc and Rtm. I try searching how to use rpc/rtm. Cant find nothing but tools. I can connect and attach. But the rpc stuff wont do anything. Is it the tool or my little knowledge of how it works.

RPC is [ Remote Procedure Calls ] Just enable for some mods like MW3 Sv_sendservercommand and call Function like That , So RTM is [ Real Time Modding ] like Set memory using Application and more

[I know what servercommand is from mw3 but how do i use it if its a tool like rtm. How do i attach it and run it. Or am i just not understanding the concept somewhere
