You should most certainly be able to use CCAPI and Blackb0x with the PS3 because it's using FTP, so all you would need is a stable internet connection. I am using Filezilla and it will not connect to my PS3 through the IP Given in my blackb0x. Along with that, I cannot connect my CCAPI Program either, 2.50 is installed both on my PS3 and Laptop. Does anyone have any ideas?

Your in the wrong section and Hmm.. thats odd CID ban wouldn't cause this. I would try a simple ps3 and laptop reboot and fixing ps3 file system. If still no luck, try reinstalling everything.
