Then I downloaded a 4.60 spoofer because the pkg said 4.66 and when I realized this I deleted the spoofer and actually got the 4.66 one this time and now it says I'm not compatible to spoof.. Please help me asap

Re-install your firmware to get rid of the old spoof.

Hmm, are you trying it in recovery or from XMB? Also since you are on Rebug 4.46 install the D-REX version.
