I had the same problem when I bought my Elgato HD60. There is no way to disable HDCP UNLESS you have a real debugging station, which I highly doubt you have. So the only way to record is to buy an hdmi splitter. Go look on Amazon or something for a ViewHD hdmi splitter. It bypasses the HDCP, allowing you to record on your ps3. Trust me it works.
