I was wondering if anyone is able to help me or guide me to the best options on jailbreaking my console. My serial number on my console says CECH-2002A which i believe is downgrade able.. Is this correct? Also what is DEX and CEX?

your console can be downgraded to 2.70, and will be able to install 3.55/4.XX CFW
CEX and DEX are 2 sorts of firmware, CEX is retail for the usual modder that likes to play backups and thats it
DEX is for the more advanced modders, allowing TMAPI thats real time modding

both consoles can use CCAPI, that is a universal Console manager that works on both CEX and DEX, i recommend using a CEX based CFW with CCAPI installed, that way you will be able to use most of the mods!
