Hi, so ill try to sum up everything i did. I was in Filezilla trying to write in dev_flash, and when i tunred off my Ps3 and restarted, i got a screen saying:
"The system software cannot be run correctly. Press the PS button to try to restart the system."
"If the system cannot be restored, you must reinstall the system software.
Connect storage media that contains update data of version 4.46 or later, and then press START and SELECT buttons at the same time."
So i got REBUG 4.46 Rex and put into the "PS3" folder and then into the "UPDATE" folder, and renamed it "PS3UPDAT.pup" all on my USB device.
I then pressed select and start at the same time. It checked the storage media, and now says:
"PS3 System
Version 4.65
Press the PS buton."
I am positive it was REBUG 4.46 Rex firmware in the "UPDATE" folder on my USB. When i unplug the system and power it back on, it brings me to the screen above. When i hold in the power button after plugging it back in and until it beeps twice, it brings me to the screen above. When i press the power button like normal, it beeps three times. I was running REBUG 4.46 Rex when this happened. I am afraid to press the PS button as it says "Version 4.65" when i had REBUG 4.46 on my USB, and i dont want to go back to OFW. Please reply with any ideas or thoughts. I do not have an E3 Flasher to downgrade from 4.65 to 3.55.
Download and put Rebug 4.65.2 and put it on your USB and install that. If you want to go back to 4.46 then use the 999 downgrader from Team Rebug.
