This method i have tried on different PCs running windows 8 , same issue ( internet connection fails ) and when i try his method on windows 7 is working X_X
Can someone tell me what should i do to make it work on windows 8?

you cant get it to work on windows 8/8.1 im pretty sure there is a bug that will always prevent it from working i noticed this the other day as well unless the creator of the tool patchs it your just shit out of luck and will have to keep using windows 7

ports shouldnt matter, and you have to right click the exe and go to compatibility to turn those on then drag the exe on normal cmd window not the admin one and do your normal -p 8080 idps.bin

then your using the admin cmd , use the normal one idk what else to tell you
