Of course DEX. CEX are for pussies that are afraid to "brick" not knowing their are DEX FW's out there. People say they want to use CCAPI with tools, okay you can use CCAPI with DEX and a Debug eboot. It's not hard but very much noobs out there.

What do you mean "big league"? It's really not much of difference but EBOOT's, Connection, and a few things. It's better to start on DEX, and then CEX will be simple if you ever want to use it.
