Boot up the ps3 go to Setting, System Setting, System Information. If the system is on 3.55 you are good to jailbreak right now!.
If not, make sure your console and compatible with a flash downgrader.
If its compatible then buy it and follow a tutorial on how to downgrade with the downgrader you bought.
When thats done, come back to this website and go to GTA V modding section and learn how to mod GTA V.

Like I said to downgrade your console, you need a downgrader. Like E3 Flasher, tensy++, Progskeet etc..
But before you buy any make sure your console can be downgraded.
Or look on internet for downgrade service. I can do downgrade service. Add me on skype oozaapata.
