Can't i data transfer all the hacks and stuff onto one of my ofw ps3's and do hacks with them also?

I don't see why this wouldn't work once the mods are on the game save and the games are the same BLES worth a try you wouldn't be able to Rte on them tho

What about the games that are copied to the internal hard drive? And gta I converted to bles from blus. With they copy also?

It depends what kind of mods they are, for example modified EBOOT files won't work on OFW.

It depends what game you want to mod on OFW. If you edit edat, rpf file from GTA V you can use them on OFW console, but if you put a modded eboot in, you will not be able to launch the game. So forget about doing script mods online. As long as you only transfer modded file and not eboot, you will be okay.
