Try re-installing your current CFW via recovery mode.

3.55 sometimes installs with 4.25 spoof.
What you need to do is boot ps3 normal and then turn it off then go into recovery menu and then install 4.55 Rogero or Rebug from there most likely it will go through?
If you get any error mention it to me.
Make Sure you donot attempt update before going into recovery. You must go into recovery after a normal shut down. Or else you will get Error 8002F169
