The i installed a 4.66 spoof, and tried to create a new account and it just always says "The connection to the server times out." I get the same message everytime. I have tried resetting the router and restarted the ps3 numerous times but nothing works. Anyone know a solution to this problem. I think it might be CID.

go to debug settings and make sure NP environment is set to "NP" no quotes
