New games requires firmware 4.66 and over. To fix it, Launch Multiman, Click on GTA V or AW, something will prompt saying "This game require firmware 4.66 blah blah blah..." Click on Yes.

If its a back up, yes, the game back up have to be in dev_hdd0/GAMES. Or if you have external hard drive, create a folder and name it GAMES and put the back up files in there.
