Maybe that CID is banned too.Also after you changed the CID you need to make a new account because you will be banned again if you use the old account.

You need to buy from a trusted seller(don't ask me from who to buy because i never bought any CIDs) I don't think that somebody will give you a CID for free.

it is that your cid and your psid is banned I have the same problem but I cant find anybody that will give me one....or sell it cheap....if you find one can you massage me plz
