Is there a way i can get more RTM Tools to work? i have a limited selection due to CCAPI CEX,

I can convert to dex easily through Rebug Toolbox as i already have the files but i can only find wired TMAPI Tutorials.

(With the wired one does my ps3 have to be hard wired to my router?)
or
(does my PC need to be hardwired to the router or can it be on wifi just ethernet cable from ps3 to pc)
