The game works fine on my factory firmware ps3. Also as it freezes some weird flicker happens at bottom left screen. Please help =)

I don't know what that means but did you try putting it back and seeing if it works? If so the new one is the issue, whatever the shoot was.

I have this same problem but i have not changed anything just freezes on start up and has never done this before now does it everytime help please

Your bo2 and ps3 console? If it's the console buy a new hdd

its just b02 for me every game works fine but bo2 freezes after sign in to psn all original eboot and fresh download and updates

i fixed it on mine I changed a setting in the debug settings it was the one Navonly-np i turned this off and it works fine i have a active spoof to 4.70 and im good now
