With a CFW? If yes:
COD Ghosts, Advanced Warfare, BO1, BO2 and Destiny (I think only these) are unplayable with CFW, you will receive a instant ban.
Firmware: whatever with spoof to the last (4.66) or directly 4.66 (I suggest you 4.66 Habib Cobra)
Programs: PSNPatch or SEN Enabler to disable CFW and in case change Console ID. PSNPatch to wipe history.
Precautions: Use ISO with IRD file, DON'T start up homebrew while you're online, remove ethernet cable or disable wifi when you don't play online, they can ban you although you're not logged in.
Follow these steps:
Remove ethernet cable or disable internet
Mount the game
Start PSNNinja and Wipe History
Start PSNPatch and Disable CFW
Attach ethernet cable or enable internet
Log in and start the game mounted

Ok i am tryng to mount game with multiman BUT IT Doesnt work i have seen tutorials which it works for them HELP
{EDIT} What i mean is i activate bd mirror then it takes me to xmb but does not show game
