You needed to disable your spoofer back on 4.46. ITA Manager doesn't work because it's meant for DEX only, you are now on CEX.

Actually ITA manger works on cex its just for some reason when you can only boot ITA manger once every time you reboot your console so turn off your console and make sure to boot up ITA manager and do everything you need to do in there and then exit but keep in mind that once you open it you have to restart your console for it to work again.
