I can't get it downgraded?

You need to check the serial code on the console. Only some slim consoles can be downgraded depending on the serial code.
Superslim consoles can not be downgraded or jailbroken.

You must buy a hardware flasher to downgrade a console which can cost anywhere between $50 to $100. Also, downgrading, if done incorrectly is dangerous as it can brick your console. So you must know what you're doing.

There is so much information on the web about it.
I really don't recommend downgrading unless you've done your research and know exactly what you're doing. Its just as easy to buy a cheap ps3 that is already on 3.55 or lower. Ebay has so many of them.

many of dev team like team zer0 and TSMBMODZ, etc has the bootldr and the key idk about the private keys. But its all ways possible if you get the bootldr like what geeohot did you will have you're self a CFW.Also if you patch all the lv's and have all the keys and private keys.

But it's impossible to crack ECDSA, the only reason Geohot managed to was because Sony didn't do it correctly. They left a missing piece which allowed him to figure it out.
