Cex firmwares:
Habib 4.66 (need to spoof to 4.70)
Ferrox 4.70

DEX firmwares:
Rebug 4.65.2 (spoofed to 4.70)
Ps3ITA 4.59 (spoofed to 4.70)

Thanks for info so im on rogero 4.50 witch cfw should I install on my ps3 to play online with less risk of ban ?

If you still want to mod i would recommend Habib, if you just want to go online i would recommend Ferrox 4.70

ok habbit do i need to downgrade to 3.55 or i can just install from recovery menu or maybe wait for psnpatch 4.70 to be relist

I would recommend to downgrade to 3.55 first
