If you want to go on dex I say you should go on ps3 ita 4.50 then use there 4.70 spoofer. Or go on rebug 4.65.2 D-REX

Yes, in my opinion DEX 4.50 is the best.

From experience it's easier/better for dex, im on rebug, vsh patched to 4.70. From what people have said it's safer on vsh patch to spoof then a reg spoofer which you need dex for.
