So I'm on 4.66 OFW, after I flash the patch file. I was able to instal via xmb rogero downgrader. After that I was stuck on that firmware, and i couldn't QA flag it. Still stuck on that rogero downgrader, I stupidly reflash that patch file again and now I get this picture when I boot

How can I fix this, also I don't think its my harddrive cuz I able to reformat it on my computer.

Also, when I try to put any updat.pup (cfw or ofw) on usb and press start and select it will just say "Checking please wait"

edit: was able to install MTL 3.55 noBD 9.99 so I can QA flag, QA works but I tried installing 3.55 OFW via recovery and i have problem. when it gets to 100% the error 8002f14e pops up and keeps restarting to reinstall it so its on a boot loop

how do i fix this now

EDIT2: i realize all the mistakes I made, but I feel greating fix this issue all alone.
