In the debug settings is an option called "fake plus" It'll give you the PS+ sign, others can see it too.

1- if you have a cfw you don't really need the free games from ps plus and 2 there's what sensual said but people can't actually see the ps plus

But I'm using CEX
And I want to do it because I want to play on ps4
