Lol lots of people do this on bo2. Its called ddosing. They get your ip using cain and abel or Lanc. Once they get your ip they ddos u. Pretty gay lmao

It's "DDoSing", short term for it is a Direct Denial of Service Attack, where thousands/Million's of packets are sent to one's router, and the router cannot handle all of the packets it's receiving forcing it to crash. Many of ways little children can get your IP Address, Comview, Cain, even with RTM Tool's now. It's not as common as few years ago, it is Illegal though.
