Install 9.99 Downgrader Rogero
Install TWICE 3.55 v3.7 Rogero to dehash
Enable QA Flag (it's important, not for downgrade but it is useful)
Install 3.55 OFW and restore file system/rebuild database (Do this step if you want to do a clean installation, anyway you can skip it)
Install the cfw you want

All from Recovery Menu, not XMB. Check the md5 of the .pup with md5 checker of defaultnb
Use Google for download

im on 3.55 ofw but when i go in recovery mode to install 4.65 rebug, it says no applicableupdate data
