There's isn't a way. You'll have to send it in to get it downgraded to 3.55 or get an E3flasher/progskeet/tensey n downgrade it yourself

This is 100% correct,also,when you eventually do obtain a jailbroken ps3 if you attempt to download hombrew,mods etc from the net there should be NO surveys,majority of the exploits within this scene is free and requires no surveys etc :-)

Yes anything requiring you to to a survey is a scam. They get paid for you to waist your time with these surveys n you end up still looking cause you didn't get shît for completing the survey
