I've downloaded some tools for BO2 from here and i connect to my ps3 and attach it and everything works smoothly until i launch the game.
My ps3 shutsdown when the game starts. I can access black ops 2 menu and shit like that but when i start a game ps3 shuts down.
My second problem:
When i go to system information it says 4.70. But these tools say its CEX 4.66 should i be worried or is it supposed to be Thanks

- the tool will not connect and attach, if it does, it wont work/ps3 will freeze as console and tool are on seperate FW. this is why your ps3 shuts down in game.
- you have to wait until tools have been created for 4.70.
- what tools are you using?

My friend uses the same tool, it works for him. I think it's something wrong with my ps3.. Do you know what it is?

When i said launch the game i meant start the game as if you were changing classes and then you start the game. It crashes when it finishes loading right after i spawn.

sorry but it crashes because your console FW and RTM FW are incompatible. you will have to wait until an update for the tools is released, or by enstone revolution

Dude, i'm on habib 4.66 but spoofed to 4.70.
My friend is using the same tools i am using right now without any problems.
Why does my game crash??

you need a GSC injector if your wanting to use RedDotCityV3 , if its compiled inject it ingame , then end it and start the match again

I did that, still crashed. I did a little research on google and some suggestions said that there was an error with param.sfo, not sure about the name but yeah something like that. What do you think should i download an original copy of the param.sfo and overwrite it? Please let me know, thank you!

Did you edit the param at all?
