I've done it through Multiman before and worked perfect. So when I clicked on DEX it said successfully flashed and all that stuff. Then I went to system update and saw that I had to go to recovery mode to update. So I turned my PS3 off and when I turn it back on it just turns off in 5 seconds. It will go completely black. Then when I push power button then it goes to red. Then when I click it while its red it just turns straight off. When I press the eject button no sound comes out at all! I ordered on eBay a E3 Card Reader? Will that help? I'm so confused on what happened. Please help me I'm begging you!! Will the E3 Card Reader work? To unbrick? If someone can help me I'm willing to send 30$ PayPal

dude if ur soft bricked i think u can get out of it just boot ps3 into recovery mode then try to rebuild file system sum shit google it ull b ok if ur ps3 light turn on by the power button
