installed ProDGForPlayStation3v420.1.0.exe

You need the ps3 sdk installed, 3.60 sdk will work find a torrent or download on the web and use the offline install on the sdk and where ever u install it to open ProDGForPlayStation3v420.1.0.exe again and install the vs10 plugin and link the location the the folder ur sdk is installed at and it will work fine
