DEX to CEX? [Rebug 4.65.2]

Im wondering, Im on Rebug 4.65.2 my Lv2 Kernel is CEX, and my Target Type is CEX. Can I just downgrade with rebug downgrader and go back up to 4.66 CEX? Or doesn't work like that? Im all new to the DEX side of things? What is my next step to come back over to CEX?

if it displays all CEX then you are not on DEX, your on CEX. Just install the 4.66 CFW CEX you are wanting to
