I would suggest to Update to Firmware 4.XX and then Downgrade again. Then you only need to install a 4.XX Firmware and then (if you want) you can go to Firmware 3.55

No, like I said. Update to Firmware 4.66 (for example) and then downgrade with the E3 Flasher. [Patched Backup] and then Install (for example) HABIB 4.66.
Then you can use the 3.55 downgrader and choose your firmware that you want.
