I highly recommend PS3ITA 4.50 DEX, stable firmware.

Just getting online would be a great start update to the newest cfw available for cex

Can you tell me some of the main advantages of PS3ITA 4.50 DEX? Compared to cex cfw? My friend also recommended me to update to this.
