Okay, So is it possible to do this if i have the game installed internally and not on a disk, because i bought it through PSN and i think you can only convert through Disk if i'm correct. If not can anyone tell me how?

pretty sure you can only convert the disk because games off the store are region locked. if you get a disk just do this
