So i just sent off my ps3 to be downgraded to 3.55, i have been looking but havent found much that has helped.

So i want the Rebug jailbreak, as it is most recommended, i shall say what i want and i need info/links on this.

I need:
Rebug jailbreak for OFW3.55 so i can go online 4.70


I need help with:
What is DEX and CEX And REBUG? So can i install a Dex/Rebug jailbreak onto my ps3, because i would like to RTM (Real Time Mod) or is it my ps3 already set as a CEX?
I just maybe need some step by step help for my ps3, as i am so confused, there is so much info out there that i dont know where to start.
I need step by step help, this is a template for help i need,
1. Jailbreaking?
2. Once jailbroken how do i get online?
4. Is there anything i need to install to reduce change of ban?
5. What .pkg files should i install?
6. Anything else i need to know when using a jailbroken ps3?

I would love it if i could speak to someone about this over skype, obviously someone with alot/good knowledge on this stuff.
