Need help launching a cod:mw2 backup with psnpatch

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); MW2 is one of those games that needs COBRA to launch. If I use PSNPatch to disable CFW it would give me a black screen, same if I disable COBRA. Any help on how I could use PSNPatch and launch MW2 at the same time? Using 4.65.2 rebug cfw

MW2 has had that prob for along time,I dont think there was a fix, I could be wrong.
