all my games have debug eboots but tools wont connect and also debugger doesnt open and says the server is not running.

Hmm, try open Kernel Explorer in Target Manager, are there any active processes? If there are, it should be okay. If not, you may have to have a look at debug settings or check if your game is the PSN version. PSN games cannot be real time modded with TMAPI as the debug eboots don't function as they should.

Do you have a wired internet connection (router to Ps3) and also on Rebug Toolbox you must make sure System Mode is on REBUG or Tools won't connect, Now on Debug Settings located under Network Settings on your XMB Menu make sure NP Environment is set to np, and also Network Settings for Debug set to Single Settings. yeah man i am on rebug 4.70.1 and no my system mode wasnt on rebug mode ill give it a try next day because my brother is playing
