Then PS3-UPDATE-PS3UPDAT.PUP
Then when I go back to my PS3
It says 'No application data found' when I press Update via storage in system update

I tried a few PS3UPDAT.PUP files that I download from different sites already.

You can try these things:
Format your USB again and try to update again
Go into recovery mode and try to update

I haven't jailbroke yet that's why I wanna downgrade it

First u have to downgrade with a E3 Flasher like that


and then u can install a CFW
