i have done everything to connect with tmapi from wired connection to wireless connection and it always connects with tmapi but in a strange way tools wont connect even if i have debugged eboot.
debug settings are correct
development mode
system software mode
single settings
i have multiple ps3
1 fat 80 gb 4.50 dex ps3 ita
1 slim 150gb habib 4.70 v1.00 cobra 7.10
2 slim 120 gb rebug 4.70.1 d-rex
can somebody help me because i know i am doing things wrong but i cannot figure it out

Hiya dude! I had exactly the same problem and I only figured it out by watching someone modify stuff in the debugger... You need to connect through ProDG target manager and then once that's done open up the debugger and then load up your game (example:GTA5) then go to the processes part on the debugger and you should see one. Click it and click attach and then BOOM!!! You should be able to RTM through tmapi

have you shared you internet? so your ps3 n computer can communicate

man when i open up debugger it keeps saying downloading file from target dev flash/sys etc
how much time does it need to download?

Hmmm.... I do t ever remember that happening to me? But did you open it up AFTER you started your game with a debug eboot?

yes sure connect to tmapi-start game-debugger

So you have connected through ProDG target manager, then opened up your rtm tool, then started the game with a DEBUG EBOOT, then allowed the game to load up, then opened dubugger and attached the process of your EBOOT.BIN then allowed that to attach, should have frozen your ps3 then clicked the play button on the dubugger, and then connected and attached on your tool?
