(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have been using CEX since I jailbroke my PS3. I am going to be picking up another PS3 shortly, and be setting this one up for DEX.I did the jailbreak for the CEX one myself, and will be doing so again with the new Playstation. Now, doing the CEX downgrade wasn't hard, I don't think downgrading and then converting to DEX will be hard either. But I do have some questions as I don't want to mess anything up, and I don't want to make uneccesary time consuming mistakes either. So I have a few questions that I hope someone may be able to answer.

1.)Do I need to have a debug EBOOT for every game installed?

2.)What are the best CFW for DEX? I am kind of thinking Rebug or ITA, but not sure what is available. Whatever I use, needs to be able to currently go online, so with all the recent stuff sony has done to just make it difficult, I need whatever CFW I use to be currently able to go online with minimal hassle. So as a secondary question:
-what other software/homebrew if any am I going go online and also mod online? (I already have CCAPI/TMAPI,PSNINJA, multiman, and PSNPATCH)

Thanks in advance for any help.

yes you need to obtain or make yourself a debug eboot for every game you want target manager to debug for you.

imo best cfw for dex is rebug 4.70.1 d-rex. no spoofing of version needed.

the only thing to do when you get it installed is to do some settings in rebug toolbox and debug settings and spoof the idps in webman mod which is built in now to rebug to get the console id back to the original non dex valid one.

no need to install anything other than multiman and rebug toolbox and the games

make sure cobra and webman is enabled in rebug toolbox and that its set to rebug mode and dex debug menu.

in the debug menu on xmb just make sure you have it set to system software mode and np as environment not sp-int

the swap to dex is incredibly easy now. just use rebug toolbox.

thats about as easy as it gets right now.
