Today I turned on my PS3, and I found that my psn account had been banned.
it gives me this message "access to sony entertainment network by this account has been banned or temporarily suspended".
I'm on ferrox 4.70, please can you help me guys to unban my ps3 system. I tried with another psn account but unfortunately the same problem.

Sounds like you'll need a new C.I.D., look that up and there's plenty of forum that can help you trouble should you're IDSP, and you might want to change your PSID as well as MAC address just to be in the safe side.. it's pretty much a new console by the time you get all this in place.. Good luck

Best way is to downgrade back to 3.55 (downgrader 9999) any of your choice, next Q.A your console via rebug, than install 3.55 os++. you'll need rebug tool box/blackbox/IDPS/bringer/eido dumper. this should be the pkg files you'll need to accomplish your C.I.D and Mac address change. from there just install the CFW of your choice. /// DEX version is a bit more step's but the choice is what ever you like to run on your console.. google all the requirement i've provided and it will give you step by step on how to do it.
Note: you'll need a new working C.I.D to get back online bottom line.

unfortunately even with a new psn I can't connect to the psn

You must find/buy a new CID and replace it with your old CID that is banned. Please keep in mind that selling/buying CID's on this site is not allowed.
