Go in to recovery menu and restore file system, then rebuild database and then it should fix the problem

You will still be able to read games as its clearly a software problem not a hardware problem because if it was your drive a disk will not show up at all on the game category.

Oh it must be the BR laser then dude What i reccomend doing is backing up your games to the hdd and use irisman with the discless add on and enable these settings.

are all the games you have tried off blue ray?

then it may be the laser having a problem reading but still able to recognise the disk.

clean the bd lens with some nail varnish remover and q tip/cotton budds.
