you can delete it with tools like LTS, but if the server saved your money it's better to change your account, you have a lot of ban risk for that

its usually ban anything greater than 100 mill, but in this case it went negative, who knows if it triggered the ban.

use a tool to take money away, one i know that works is gta pooper.
