I would go the official website where you bought the tool and ask for support there.

Make sure that you have ccapi or tmapi install to te latest version on your ps3 and on your pc and on your pc just click connect on ccapi and then go to the app of project memories then connect and attach while youre in a game and make sure that the project memories is install with latest version

I have it, and I agree with the above. You also have to make sure that you are running the latest versions on ccapi and the P.M. When you download p.m.,replace the .dll file from the ccapi package you have installed on your computer.

And, if all else fails, submit a support ticket on FMT.com.

yeah it is , but i played for a few hours today got off and ttried to sign into psn again and it said my account was banned or temporarily suspended nothing i can do now lol.

About what time did you try to sign in? I was just on mw3 for at least a few hours. But, earlier i upgraded my other cex from 4.55 to ferrox 4.70, and i couldnt change my cid number and got the same message..yet my other ferrox 4.70 was fine. I used to use ps3ita manager to change my cid and log in..now i cant figure it out.

Why wont they just let us be..

it was like about 2 pm and ugh i hope i can change the cid on my console. they banned my actual account too. thats lame.lol why cant we just do our thing.

Idk...something else has to be in play. I just used the FMT mw2 and mw3 tools yesterday. ..all tho in a private match.
