I knew I had been banned so I got another CID and tried getting online...without any luck. I didn't realise that spoofers had been blocked.

So i got sen enabler and that got rid of the error message, but my new CID also said banned...so i asked for another and tried that and that said banned. I didn't want to try another in case I keep banning good CIDs. The guy I got them from says they were fine and checked them before he gave them me...and then they came up banned for him after I tried them.

So is my console somehow banning any CID I put in? I have been waiting on crunch for a public one, but everytime I'm on, they are all banned too.

Would it be worth upgrading to 4.70 rebug so I don't have to use a spoofer and see what happens?

Are you sure you changed it after resetting ps3?

Yeah. I use psnpatch to change the cid (i know sen enabler does it too but not worked that out yet) and it says current id is my new one
