habib 4.70 cex, and i've used multiman v04.66.10 and irisman v3.46, and also webman but still the same thing. Works when internet is disabled and dosen't work when enabled. Could it be the eboot??

You should delete the eboot and install it again or just delete it and reinstall or load with the internet off then connect it back and get online My opinion
