Psn patch thats all you need buddy. Dont use Homebrew whilst signed in and do not download anything from psn store and you should be fine.

Tips:

• Do not use apps/homebrew signed in
  
• Remember to wipe history via PSNINJA
  
• Disable CFW mode in PSNPATCH
