I'm willing to uninstall the spoofer of hijam 4.46.1 D-rex which spoofs to 4.60.
Should I just go to rebug toolbox, and change Rebug Mode to Normal Mode, and that will disable the spoof then I can install 4.70 rebug?

Or is there another way of unspooing?

Click on the spoofer on your xmb, it should ask if u want to un-install, click yes.. when back at xmb just delete the spoof..

Thats the best way, But yeah another way is by changing to normal mode.. just check ur system information after doing so, and it should say firmware: 4.46
